Fraise n' herbes

 

Petite envie de sucré,

j'ai voulu créer un dessert léger au goût sur et franc

 

Small desire for sweet food,

I wanted to create a light dessert to the taste on and franc

 

 

Voila dans l'esprit d'un fraisier,

j'ai assemblé plusieurs senteur et texture en bouche

amenant une saveur exquise aux papilles

 

Here is in mind of a strawberry plant,
I assembled several scent and texture in mouth bringing a delicious flavor to papillae

 

 

 

J'ai donc décider d'apporter à la fraise

du basilic pour sa puissance,

 du balsamique pour sa tonicité,

 du thym et du cerfeuil pour la subtilité

 et du chocolat blanc pour sa douceur

 

I thus have to decide to bring to the strawberry of the basil for its power,

 the balsamic for its tonic effect,

 the thyme and the chervil for the subtlety

and some white chocolate for its sweetness

 

 

 

En voici le résultat

 

 

 

 

( sablé basilic, entremet balsamique, coque chocolat blanc, macaron glacé fraise au thym et cerfeuil)

 

( Sanded basil, intervenes balsamic, chocolate-brown hull white,

 ice-cold macaroon mills in the thyme and the chervil)
